About my one-to-one coaching programmes
My role as your coach is to create the conditions for you to:
- do your best thinking
- fully explore and overcome the personal leadership challenges that you have brought to coaching
- stretch into your learning edges.
We will often start our coaching programme using an emotional intelligence psychometric tool to identify areas for development. I will also provide you with effective tools and techniques to experiment with and practice between sessions to develop key emotional intelligence behaviours.
Most of my coaching programmes focus on one or a combination of the these specific areas:
- Developing your personal resilience
- Developing a deep level of self awareness and authenticity as a leader
- Developing key emotional intelligence leadership capabilities such as personal confidence, assertiveness or empathy.
