Astrid Korin, faculty member
Astrid Korin is an executive coach, trainer and facilitator and founder of Inside Out Leadership, a research-backed development programme that helps leaders cultivate the inner capacities needed to thrive under pressure — curiosity, connectedness, clarity, courage and compassion.
Astrid has more than 1,500 hours of professional coaching, is EMCC Senior Practitioner accredited and enjoyed an 18 year career in consultancy, the latter half in leadership roles. Astrid is known for creating learning environments where leaders feel safe, stretched and able to think in new ways.
Before founding her practice, Astrid was Global Head of Consultancy & Research at Education Development Trust. This experience — navigating complexity, supporting leaders through disruption and building high-performing groups — underpins her understanding of what it takes to lead well when expectations are high and the ground is constantly shifting.
Astrid specialises in designing and delivering transformational learning experiences: leadership and team coaching programmes, group coaching, mindful-leadership development and interactive sessions at conferences and events. Her facilitation draws on neuroscience, mindfulness, psychology and reflective practice, helping participants access new awareness, emotional regulation and more intentional ways of leading.
Astrid brings depth, humanity and an ability to make complex ideas feel simple, applicable and energising. Her work is grounded in the belief that leadership begins on the inside – and that when leaders are resourced, regulated and fully themselves, they can do great things.

Qualifications
Astrid has a Diploma in Transformative Coaching from Animas Centre for Coaching. She is trained in Group Coaching and Facilitation, the ‘Use of Self in Coaching’, ‘Trauma-informed Coaching’ and Team Coaching. She also has a MSc in Educational Planning, Economics and International Development and BSc in Economics.
