Short Body Scan mindfulness practice
The body scan is usually one of the first practices you learn on a mindfulness training course. It is a great practice for developing self-awareness and connection with your physiology and emotions. The body and the breath are great barometers for allowing us to understand the state of our minds in any given moment. Try this first thing in the morning when you wake up.
