Since launching our training courses in transformational coaching, our intention has been to hold an annual event where our alumni can come back together to share experiences and stories, and reconnect with our team and each other. We call this a ‘gathering’ as we aim to create an intimate and impactful event that reinforces our practice, our ethos and the values we express through our work in developing coaches.

As a celebration of 10 years of Catalyst 14, on our anniversary in 2027, we are delighted to hold our first ever face to face CPD Day at Coram, near Russell Square, London on 23 April 2027. Places are extremely limited as we want to retain the intimate feel and experience of Catalyst 14 and our community. We expect high demand for the limited places, so have opened up bookings

About the event

Our chosen theme for the day is “Transformational Coaching” which, as you know, is at the heart of Catalyst 14 and our coach training programmes. The event takes place on 23 April 2027.

Our aim is to provide an inspiring and experiential face to face learning event that supports your professional development and your coaching practice, whilst continuing to enhance our community, a network of professional coaches who share experience and expertise in support of each other, the clients and organisations they serve.

The first session will be “Transformational Coaching”, hosted by Damion Wonfor. More information on this will follow.

Following the first session with Damion, you will have a choice of 2 x 75 minute experiential workshops from a choice of six CPD sessions delivered by our faculty team (full details of which be announced shortly). In addition, there will be time to network and reflect on your learning during the day.

The day will be designed to bring together specific topics from our theme of Transformational Coaching. These will deepen your coaching and capacity and support you in building a sustainable, professional coaching practice internally or externally.

The fee for the event is £350+VAT. This covers full attendance for the day including:

• Session 1 (the session with Damion)
• Your chosen two experiential workshops across the two coach development blocks.
• Community networking breakout sessions
