Monthly bite-sized CPD sessions


Every month we provide our alumni and other professional coaches with bite-sized CPD sessions — 30 minute online sessions delivered by our faculty team and other leading experts from the field of executive coaching. These all take place in UK (GMT) time and each session is be 30 mins in duration.

Free Monthly Webinars for Coach CPD — Schedule

  • Developing your skills as a team coach
    20 July 2026, 13:00 – 13:30
    During this bite sized CPD session, Damion will be in a dialogue with Dr Brodie where she will insights from her Doctoral evidence based research and team coaching practice. This will include 3 key areas for high performance in teams and how coaches can develop to enable these. Click here to register for this session.

    • Coaching and Menopause (Part 2)
      28 September 2026, 13:00 – 13:30
      The second in a 2-part series in enabling coaching clients that are experiencing menopause.
      During this 30 minute bite-sized CPD session, Damion will be in discussion with Rebecca Ford Johnson where they will be in dialogue about the important topic of the menopause and what is useful for coaches to be aware of. Click here to register for this session.

    • Working with coachees who are working in conflict
      30 October 2026, 13:00 – 13:30
      During this 30 minute bite-sized session, Paul Golding will be exploring how coaches can support coachees who are experiencing or working with conflict between team members, teams or organisations. As a note this is not about coaching in war zones or physical conflict. Click here to register for this session.

    • Leader as Coach
      2 November 2026, 13:00 – 13:30
      During this experiential 30 minute bite-sized CPD session, Jude Sclater will introduce us to the Coaching Two-Step, a coaching model designed with busy managers in mind. It takes skills they already have, such as listening, asking questions and summarising and shows them how to use these to embrace a coach-like leadership style.     • Embracing Creativity – what’s stopping you?
      9 November 2026, 13:00 – 13:30
      During this experiential 30 minute bite-sized CPD session, Liz Palmer will invite you to experience being creative in the moment to build your confidence in working more creatively with your clients. Click here to register for this session.

    • Coaching Reflections
      21 December 2026, 13:00 – 13:30
      During this 30 minute session, Damion will facilitate a reflective exercise to enable you to reflect on 2026 and your growth and development as a coach. Click here to register for this session.

    All our previous webinars are available on our YouTube channel. Make sure you subscribe to it (click the subscribe button and then the bell icon) to get updated whenever we publish new video content on coaching and mindfulness.


    Weekly Guided Mindfulness Sessions

    To support your self care, to deepen your resourcefulness and presence as a coach, and help you pause and reset at the start of each week, you can join our weekly online mindfulness group. From12 January 2026, Damion will be guiding a free mindfulness practice every Monday at 8am UK (GMT) time. There will be a different practice each week, and these will last up to 30 minutes. These sessions will be in a webinar format (so you can join without your camera).

    Please note that there will be some exceptions — there will not be sessions on 5 January, 16 February, 6 April, 13 April, 4 May, 25 May, 15 June, 6 July, 13 July, 27 July, 3 August,10 August, 17 August, 24 August, 31 August, 26 October, 21 December and 28 December.

    (With regard to the remaining 2025 guided sessions please note there will not be a session on 17 November,15 December, 22 December, and 29 December.)
