Free weekly guided mindfulness sessions

To support your self care, to deepen your resourcefulness and presence as a coach, and help you pause and reset at the start of each week, you can join our weekly online mindfulness group. From12 January 2026, Damion will be guiding a free mindfulness practice every Monday at 8am UK (GMT) time. There will be a different practice each week, and these will last up to 30 minutes. These sessions will be in a webinar format (so you can join without your camera).

Please note that there will be a few exceptions — there will not be sessions on 5 January, 16 February, 6 April, 13 April, 4 May, 25 May, 15 June, 27 July, 3 August,10 August, 17 August, 24 August, 31 August, 26 October, 21 December and 28 December.

(With regard to the remaining 2025 guided sessions please note there will not be a session on 17 November,15 December, 22 December, and 29 December.)
