Boaz is an experienced executive coach, facilitator, and trainer. He has a long-held fascination with patterns and relationships. Starting his career as a Chartered Accountant, his focus was often on numerical relationships. Over 20 years later, his work now focusses on exploring different relationships – those with ourselves, our beliefs and hopes, and with the people around us.
As a coach, Boaz works with curious, talented individuals at various leadership levels within organisations. Those who choose to work with Boaz often have a sense that there is something getting in the way of their fulfilment or ability to step into their potential. Although aware of this, they often don’t know what to do about it.
Boaz bring hundreds of hours experience working with Partner and other senior professional services leaders. He works creatively, with warmth and challenge to support others in gaining greater clarity, a renewed sense of purpose and a greater level of confidence.

Boaz is accredited in a range of psychometric tools, including Hogan, EQi 2.0 and MBTI.
He is a member of and accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and abides by their Code of Ethics. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
