Below you’ll find our application form for our ‘Deepening Your Practice’ gathering on 23 April 2027. For full timetable and speaker details, please see the event page.

Note for EU applicants: Unfortunately Catalyst 14 is currently unable to accept bookings for our online events from private individuals or non-vat registered sole traders from EU countries (due to changes to EU VAT rules made in January 2025). If you have any queries regarding this, please contact us.

Please only advise of any SEVERE allergies we should be aware of. Please note that sandwich platters and salads including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options will be provided at lunchtime, with allergens labelled. We are unable to cater outside of this. If you have additional dietary requirements, please feel free to bring your own lunch.
