Below you’ll find our application form for our ‘Deepening Your Practice’ gathering on 19 June 2026. For full timetable and speaker details, please see the event page.

Note for EU applicants: Unfortunately Catalyst 14 is currently unable to accept bookings for our online events from private individuals or non-vat registered sole traders from EU countries (due to changes to EU VAT rules made in January 2025). If you have any queries regarding this, please contact us.
