Katherine Bassey, faculty member for supervision
Katherine delivers group supervision for Catalyst 14, providing a safe learning space in which to expand awareness and hone emerging practice.
Katherine is a coach, coaching supervisor, and facilitator, supporting organisations and individuals to promote compassion, collaboration, and creativity in the workplace. She draws on a wide range of reflective practices, encouraging people to reconnect with their own creative thinking and to access deep personal insights to support behavioral change and organisational growth.
With over 30 years of experience leading organisational, learning and development functions in the public and not for profit sectors, Katherine now works as an executive coach, coaching supervisor, and facilitator. Experienced in both internal and external coaching, she particularly enjoys working with people who want to make a difference in relation to social change.
Katherine holds individual accreditation as a senior coach practitioner with the EMCC, a Diploma in Coaching Supervision from the CSA and an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster. She is a qualified Time to Think facilitator, which strongly influences her work alongside her practice and training in workplace mediation, mindfulness and a range of psychometrics including MBTI Step 1 (licensed), Belbin and DISC, to promote understanding of difference and inclusion.

“Coaching is hugely rewarding and enhanced by sharing ideas and learning with other practitioners. I’m here to support you to work through challenges, embed new learning into your practice and deepen your appreciation of the value you bring to those you coach.”
