Martin Turner, Executive Coach

Since 2013 Martin has been working in the UK & USA, coaching successful individuals and teams who are passionate and focused on personal and professional development, and business growth. He believes that coaching helps them to achieve optimum performance, and develop stronger agility in managing constant change. He attained his Practitioner and Senior Practitioner EMCC accreditations with Catalyst 14, and remains part of the company community as an Associate Coach, his Continued Professional Development and Supervision.

Martin believes that extraordinary leaders, team members, and organisations recognise the huge value and return on investment that coaching can bring them. His sessions are designed specifically for individuals to access their strengths, grow their agility, adaptability, and resilience to stay ahead, maintaining consistent presence and gravitas. Martin works with clients to help them discover stronger interpersonal and analytical skill sets, becoming more effective leaders, facing personal and company challenges successfully, injecting energy and confidence into calculated risk, strategic vision, team work, and people management.

Martin has had a 30+ year career in event management and communications both agency and corporate that includes global responsibility in Investment Banking and the agency world. He’s had 15+ years of learning & development experience creating and delivering programs for management teams nationally and internationally. His deep experience of working with Board, C-Suite, Senior Management and rising talent informs his practice.

Martin is also a published author and journalist specialising in luxury travel, private aviation, hotel resort architecture, interiors and landscape. He has over a decade of experience as a Senior Lecturer in Event Management, and delivering multiple learning modules for Masters and Bachelor students. In 2013 he attended The American Academy of Dramatic Art in New York.

He has served on advisory boards for hotels, charity and the arts.
