Martin has been working as an Executive Coach since 2013 in the UK & USA coaching successful individuals who are passionate and focused on personal and professional development, and business growth. He believes that extraordinary leaders and organisations always recognise the huge value and return on investment coaching can bring.
As a EMCC EIA Senior Practitioner, Martin is experienced in working with C-Suite, Board, Senior Management and rising talent across a spectrum of industries. Coaching clients have included: UBS, Goldman Sachs, Toast, Morgan Stanley, Modern House, SystemIQ, Mason Rose, FIRST Global Agency, FVO Management, WATG, Vida Consultancy, Telegraph, Old Mutual, NHS & University of Edinburgh. He trained and achieved his professional coaching accreditation with Catalyst 14.
His work is focused on individuals accessing their strengths, emotional intelligence, growing their agility, adaptability and resilience to stay ahead, while maintaining consistent presence and gravitas. His collaborative coaching session work is designed help clients grow skills sets, become a more effective leader and face challenges successfully; and inject more confidence into calculated risk, strategic vision and people management.
Martin comes from an eclectic international career in event management, communications, learning and development (both agency and corporate based) including global responsibility at Credit Suisse and UBS. He has extensive first hand experience of successfully leading teams internationally in demanding corporate environments.
He is a published author and journalist specialising in luxury travel, private aviation, architecture, interiors and landscape. He is also a University lecturer in business for Bachelor and Masters degree students.
Martin attended The American Academy of Dramatic Art in New York, and studied script writing at Central School of Speech and Drama in London. He has served on advisory boards for hotels, charity and the arts.
