Russell Cobb


Russell is an experienced executive coach and leadership facilitator. He coaches across a variety of organisations, sectors and countries, working with senior leaders, high potentials and teams.

He believes strongly that building trust, effective communication and behavioural flexibility are key to fulfilling leadership potential and enabling organisation performance. He is outcome focused in his approach and seeks to enable client clarity of both goals and motivation to make sustainable change. He takes a systemic view to ensure sponsor and stakeholder perspectives are involved.

His recent assignments have been focused on exploring and developing resilience, self belief and confidence, as well as developing leadership style through deeper understand of emotional intelligence.

Russell has been a full time Executive Coach for over five years. Previously, over a 25-year period, he gained significant people, commercial and change leadership experience working for Mars, Coca-Cola and Carlsberg. He focused on developing people, teams and organisations to achieve success, for over 10 years within Executive Leadership Teams as HR Director.

Qualifications

  • He is a member of the Association for Coaching and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
  • He holds an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School (Distinction).
  • He is accredited to use personality tools; Myers Briggs (Step 1&2), Firo-B, NEO-PI, 16PF, Talent Quest Dimensions and Emergenetics.
