Toni is a respected and trusted Executive Coach working with highly motivated individuals through career transitions, progression into management/leadership roles and change. Key to her practice is to develop strong relationships built on trust, creating a safe space for her clients to think in an open and honest way. She is particularly skilled in building confidence and resilience as well as developing effective communication.

Toni supports her clients to develop professionally and personally, giving them greater self-confidence to take on new challenges, aspire to leadership, or simply to feel empowered to make the right choices for themselves, whilst managing competing professional and family commitments.

Toni strongly believes that her clients have all the resources they need to realise their potential and perform as “their best selves”, even if they are not immediately aware of them. Through understanding, empathy and a calm reassuring presence Toni’s clients realise greater insights and confidently make the changes they desire.

Toni brings to her coaching practice over 30 years’ experience as a senior lawyer in private practice and public sector organisations, most recently in healthcare regulation at the General Medical Council, often working on high profile and sensitive cases.

Toni continues to work as a consultant, supporting professional regulators and educators in building teams to make better decisions and manage change.
Toni has Senior Practitioner Individual Accreditation with EMCC Global. She is also certified to administer and debrief EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360; and Voiceprint assessments.
