About Nisheeta Shah

I have always been hungry to learn and was fortunate to attend my first coach training back in 2003. I found my fit, both in terms of the scope that coaching gives me to make a difference, and in the way it continues to stretch and nurture some of my core values.

Over the last 2 decades, I have very consciously taken steps to move from a client-facing role in a professional services firm to one where I can support others to be at their best, coaching leaders and teams, as well as facilitating coach development.

I have been privileged to learn from some incredible coaches and thought leaders over this time, allowing me to introduce systemic and embodied work, neuro-linguistic programming, neuroscience, positive psychology and team coaching to my practice.

I continue to learn all the time from the team at Catalyst14, and feel incredibly grateful to work with people I respect, like and admire. In addition to this role, I work part-time in an international financial services firm, and I am single parent – I have realised that I am at my best when I am busy. My son is still young and I relish opportunities to see the world through his eyes, as well as take him on adventures, though I fear that my much older body will soon struggle to keep up. I am always up for seeing and trying new things and have great people around me who are happy to join me for the ride.
