Sandra Goddard, Faculty Member

“I am passionate about making the ‘art of the possible’ happen – through realising individual, team and organisation effectiveness and potential. I specialise in helping senior leaders and their management teams, middle managers and professionals identify and implement focused and demonstrable personal and collective actions to meet current work demands and wider ‘life’ needs whilst proactively planning for the future.”

— Sandra Goddard

Sandra is Chief Examiner for our accredited coach training courses, and as such provides group and 1-2-1 support to the participants of our courses. This includes briefing participants prior to programme start and providing ongoing portfolio support during and after programme completion (this includes personal tutor submission support).

Her open and facilitative approach to this ensures that the portfolio, in addition to meeting accreditation  requirements, becomes an integral part of participants’ applied learning and transformational
journeys as developing coaches.  She also oversees the practical assessments, portfolio marking quality standards and EIA applications for all our accredited programmes.

Sandra is an experienced Executive and Team Coach and has worked one-to-one and with groups at all levels within public and private sector organisations.

She works with a wide range of clients across diverse sectors, offering clients a safe, reflective and productive space to consider and enhance their impact professionally and personally. As a Business Psychologist with experience spanning over 35 years, she blends practical coaching models and psychological tools with business models/frameworks to facilitate her client’s awareness, choice and growth against their objectives. She works systemically with her clients, facilitating a broadened awareness of their relationships, interactions and impact (as well as how they are being impacted).

Sandra describes her approach as follows:

My approach is appreciative and strengths-based whilst also relational, providing constructive challenge with encouragement and support.  Clients have described me as highly professional, fun and fair to work with. It is key to me to bring my authentic self to my work which means I’m comfortable to share e.g. through parallel process ‘in the moment’ what I observe, actively experience and intuit/sense as a means of offering hypothesis to my client. I seek to bring positive energy including use of appropriate humour.”
