“Be patient with yourself. Self-growth is tender; it’s holy ground. There’s no greater investment.”

Stephen Covey

As we head towards Spring, we may be feeling energised by the signs of new life in the natural world starting to emerge around us — and yet at the same time, we are continuing to hold space for our coachees in the midst of the ongoing pandemic and now the war in Ukraine.

Now more than ever, we need to be resourcing ourselves so we can meet the turmoil and foreboding we are all feeling in a grounded and anchored way, so we are not swept away by it all.

“Have respect for yourself, and patience and compassion. With these you can handle anything.”

Jack Kornfield

One way we build these inner resources is through our ongoing continuing professional development (CPD), which is a vital movement towards a deep understanding of self within the coaching process and our life. To support you at this time, we would like to offer you some free CPD resources to support your personal and professional development.
